Mostly! There is so much free education available out there for property investment. Obviously some of the resources in this directory include books which would not be free - but sign up to a service such as Kindle Unlimited and many books will be available on there for a small subscription fee.

Where there is money to be made there will always be people taking advantage of those in need of it. Many of these gurus and trainers sell people on how easy it is to make a fortune without warning them of the cons and risks. They charge £25,000 for academies and courses... enough for a deposit on a Buy to Let property. Of course there are mentors out there genuinely helping people get started in property but not everyone will put you on the right path.

There isn't one! It absolutely depends on your end goal. How passive do you want you property business to be? How ready are you to get stuck in and involved with the nitty gritty? Where do you want to be in 5 years? If you figure that out then that will guide you to the right answer.
